Welcome to our beautiful 25-acre property, a peaceful, park-like setting with a rich history as a former bed & breakfast, established in 1998. Conveniently located just 3 miles off I-64, we offer easy access to both Lexington and Louisville.

Bring your horses and enjoy a comfortable, safe, and quiet stay. The owner lives on-site and is happy to accommodate most needs.

Our facilities include an 8-stall barn lined with oak and equipped with rubber mats, spacious paddocks with run-in sheds and automatic waterers, an 80' x 150' outdoor arena, and a 60' round pen—everything you need for a restful and horse-friendly visit.

Our History

This place was built on hard work, grit, and a deep love for horses. The way we break and train hasn’t strayed far from how our grandfathers did it, patient, hands-on, and always respectful of the horse. Back then, horses weren’t just for show, they were partners in the day-to-day work of ranch life. That legacy runs through everything we do. Today, we carry those same values forward, blending old-school know-how with a steady hand to raise well-broke horses that are ready for anything.
